Error message in using Get Blank form

Good day,

I have been trying to update a form using Get blank form option on kobotoolbox server, it is returning an error message. The message is hereby attached

Welcome back to the community, @Bilqis! Uncheck the Require authentication to see forms and submit data under the ACCOUNTS SETTINGS (as shown in the image below), which should solve your issue.
