Welcome to the community! You should generally see this type of error message when you have a syntax error within your survey form. To fix the same kindly please follow the instructions outlined below:
- Download you xlsform
- Validate the same here. This site helps you identify the syntax errors within your survey form. Fix them and then redeploy.

Hello,
you could try to delete line 2 (or only cell 1 in line 2) of your survey sheet and try deployment again. There might be a special (even invisible) character there.
You can then put the line back, empty cell 1 and write the element again.
