We have been working on a project to create awareness about markings and claims used on plastic packaging used for food products, as part of the project we are using the KOBO collection app as a data collection tool.
For the past three days we are getting an error message while attempting to edit the saved form on Kobo, then after some time it gets resolved automatically, the sudden error makes the work difficult and we are also concerned about the data. Welcome to the community @Afrozkhan! Would you mind sharing with us a screenshot of the General Settings>Server. This should help us troubleshoot your issue.
Kindly confirm if this problem is experienced by all the data collection device or if it is just a few
If yes for all data collection devices, kindly send us the XLS form of the questionnaire to look at. You should also validate it [here](https://getodk.org/xlsform
If this problem is tied to only some of the data collection devices, kindly confirm whether the devices have sufficient memory or a difference in memory between the working and none working device.
One last check
Confirm whether the devices have both KoBoCollect and ODK Collect installed on them.
Check if the form opens on KoBoCollect without any problem.
-If the device has both KoBoCollect and ODK Collect, kindly confirm the one which was used to collect the data.
