Could you kindly ensure the following:
- Check that the survey project is still active in the KoBoToolbox server. Sometimes, it may show error when you have either deleted the survey project from the server have archived it.
- Check the date and time of your KoBoCollect android app. Sometimes, when date and time of your android device is distorted it should show error message when trying to submit your data to the server.
- Check that you have the blank form for the survey project in your android app. Sometimes if you have deleted the blank form and try to submit the filled up form from your android app to the KoBoToolbox server you should see error message.
