Error message (unmatched end statement) seen while deploying a form

SIR,
I AM FACING PROBLEM RELATED TO DEPLOY THE FORM , IT SHOWS THE ERROR:
[row : 40] Unmatched end statement. Previous control type: None, Control type: group
I HAVE CHECKED ALL BEGIN AND END GROUP DATA TYPE BUT NOT ABLE TO RECTIFY.

PLEASE HELP

I observed 2 different issues. I fixed them and you should be able to upload them without any issue:

Issue 1:

name should always start with an alphabet. But i observed name starting with a number in your xlsform. FYI,

I corrected them as …

Issue 2:

Row 213 to 216 should be some left over trail of some other survey project (you have worked earlier) which is not relevant to your current survey project. FYI,

I deleted them and too.

Tengo el mismo problema. Ya revisé los nombres pero sigue teniendo el mismo error. Comparto mi xlsform. Agradezco su ayuda con este asunto
