Error message 'wu93q78' while previewing the form

error message ‘wu93q78’ is appearing when previewing. Before this error, I faced seed value must be a number or reference error. I duplicated that specific question and deleated original to remove the error. then the error changed to ‘wu93q78’. please help.

Found the error, it was at row 97 where the list for multiple choice question was not defined. I didn’t see it before due to catches from browser. Now the issue is solved. Thank you.
