My colleagues are unfortunately getting an error message when they attempt to view our form. Meanwhile, I’m able to view the form with no problem myself, and I’ve had no trouble downloading it to KoboCollect for trial.
Maybe someone would be able to advise me on how to fix this?
It might happen if you require users to log in to access your forms, can you go to Settings inside your online account and check the ‘Require authentication to see forms and submit data ’ box.
Apart from what @hakan_cetinkaya has advised, maybe you will also need to advise your team to use some modern browsers like Chrome, Edge, Firefox etc. I was able to load your form with Chrome.
