Error occured when trying to modify existing data

Description

When i’m trying to modify existing submissions from admin console, i see error message: “Start tag expected, ‘<’ not found”

This happens in all my forms, even in most simple.

Did you check the form(s) with the Online validator, please? Always recommended during development and before deployment).
