I have created Kobo Form to collect data from several health care sites. And during one of the form submissions, the update was successful but while viewing the report we are facing issues as shown below.

- Did you check your form with the Online validator, please?
- Can you see the dataset in the table view? (Make sure that the dataset has not been archived.)

@pratikkunwar, maybe you will also need to share your screenshots with the community so that they understand your issue pictorially.
@pratikkunwar, do you still get this error? Did you mean you get this error message when you try to view the table view? Correct me if I got you wrong.
@Kal_Lam Yes I am able to edit the data, but whenever I click on View Icon, I get this message as in the above screenshot.
