we are having an issue with the Kobo Toolbox. We are on plot 2, plot 1 had no issues at all through the whole process. Plot 2 is telling us that the file sizes for the photos are too large, despite being taken on the same phone only ~30 minutes apart. We are also unable to save due to an error prompt regarding the name of the form. We have checked that this error is consistent regardless of the name we use. Can you advise as soon as possible
Welcome to the community, @greeningaustralia! You can likely resolve this issue by clearing your browser’s cache. However, please be cautious, if you have any saved submissions in your browser, clearing the cache will also remove them.
