I want to ask, when one of the enumerators wanted to submit an error appeared as attached? what is this caused by?

@fahmi_admin, is this an issue with only a single user or is it an issue with multiple users?
This problem occurred with only 1 user, but even though an error like that appeared, the report was submitted in Excel and dashboard form.
@fahmi_admin, could you kindly check to see if the network connectivity and account configuration are all OK? Please also ensure that your submissions do not have an emoji.
Oh oke, if I never changed anything from the account configuration, I asked the user to try submitting the filling today and the result was successful.
