I cannot save the changes I made in my data submissions. I get Error 500 (the data server for your form or the Enketo server is down. Please try again later or contact support@kobotoolbox.org (500)

@gsdf, could you share a screenshot of the issue with the community so that the community can also understand your issue pictorially? In addition, could you also let us know the server you are using? Please also let us know when you get the error message. Do you get it when you try to edit a submission from the server?

The server is Enketo. I can correct the errors in the submissions, but I am unable to submit them. When I try to submit, I get the error message above.
