I have created a survey on Kobo and when trying to copy the link to collect data I have received this error message:
"Error occured during the loading of this form. We do not recommend you use this form for data entry until this is resolved.
Please contact support@kobotoolbox.org with the link to this page and the error message below:
Failed to execute ‘insertAdjacentHTML’ on ‘Element’: The provided markup is invalid XML, and therefore cannot be inserted into an XML document." I have contacted the customer support and they asked me to post the question here. All help is much appreciated!

@engelsm, maybe try validating your XLSForm through this online validator to see if there are any syntax issues that are affecting the deployment.
Hi thank you for your response. I used the validator and it worked well on the preview I then tried to upload the very same XLS file I used on the validator onto a new kobo project and again I received the same error. Any other ideas?
To add on this I realise now that the survey works fine when I use safari internet browser it seems to only be an issue for google chrome and I have tried on two different computers. Is there any way I can fix this because many respondents will be using google chrome!
