Error saving form

Welcome to the community, @charles_ke! Could you kindly let us know the server you are using? Did you also try to download your form as XLSForm to see if you are able to save your form as XLSForm?
Thanks @Kal_Lam i am currently using kf.kobotoolbox. When uploading from XLSForm it has an error ***Import Failed!

@charles_ke, would you mind validating your XLSForm with the online validator to see if there are any syntax issues?
I have tested and the form is validated using the online validator.
Hi @Kal_Lam the problem is still the same, i am unable to edit my project… I still have the same issue even after validating my form with the online form.

@mathiaspy what I did was click on “Redeploy” the survey and the form, started saving as expected…
