Error when viewing the form

Hello! I created a form in kobo about a month ago. Now I’m submitting it, and I’m told there’s an error. I open it and see the error as well. I couldn’t find a clear explanation in the community or on the internet. I created a new form in kobo, even created a separate account and made a simple form there, but the same error.
