Error while form submission

Hai,

My team members are facing issue while submitting the forms. It shows as error 500 even though network is good. We reinstalled the app, cleared catche file and blank forms and updated the tablet. But the issue persists for some of the forms and some forms are submitted directly without any issue. Right now there are 4-5 forms for which error is shown with each of the team.
