A longer-term error with accessing synchronous data through excel or PowerBi to build a dashboard.
We are using the specific data urls available through a download link that should allow for synchronous data imports into either Excel or PowerBI. This is working fine for staff who is working within the organisation’s system however it is not letting external members connect the data - they were briefly able to once, but prior and post that receive multiple errors with the connection. I’ve attached the errors as images to this topic. I am not sure if this is a kobo issue or a problem with the in-house Linux Ubuntu 18.04 server.
