We encountered a problem with adjusting the data in the existing forms in the database. It shows me error "The data server for your form or the Enketo server is down. Please try again later or contact support@kobotoolbox.org. (500)". Interesting that this error occurs only a few forms in the base and others work well, even if they are from the same database, were collected based on the same set of questions and form.
If anyone has encountered this problem before, please communicate the solution.

Hi @Co_alla_HAM,
Please verify your form using ODK - XLSForm Online and also, make sure that the uuid of the form you would like to edit is not duplicating. If uuid is duplicating you may face this error as well.

You are right! The problem is that uuid is duplicated.
But how can I change it, if it is put automatically?
I need to introduce the data one more time or there is another way to fix it?
Hi, glad to hear you found the problem. Unfortunately, the only solution currently is to delete one of the duplicating submissions and re-enter them again to have a different uuid. if kobo teams knows another way, but this is the only solution i know currently
