Error with decrypting data

Hi everyone,

  • I am using the ODK Briefcase to pull datasets from KoBo (as has been prescribed) with a private key (.PEM file)

  • The ODK Briefcase platform creates an export directory with the XML files and the metadata (screenshot attached) however it fails to export the CSV file with the dummy data that we collected

  • I reviewed the log files created by ODK Briefcase to diagnose what the issue is and there seems to be a problem in the PEM file that I have created. I followed the procedure prescribed by KoBo i.e created a 2048-bit private key using OpenSSL. (as prescribed). (Screenshot attached)

Welcome to the community! Have you tried decrypting your data with ODK Briefcase v1.15. It should solve your issue.
