Error with integer question

Dear support,

I am having problems with integer question form in all my projects, it works in web browser environment, but not in KoboCollect app environment.

I tried to collect data about the amount with 11 numbers, but the KoboCollect app only allows me to fill in a maximum of 9 numbers.
