I’m failing to get kobotoolbox running on my server, 4CPU 8 GB and 200GB SSD Fedorra 38 OS. I’m getting a KoboToolbox has not started yet. This can happen with low CPU/RAM computers. message.

If the installation did complete, then you may want to restart docker or try rebooting the host. I saw this during my tests on a VM on my laptop and a reboot of the VM solved it.
