Hi, I noticed a difference in totals for the downloaded excel/csv files as what is in Kobo is a different number from what I get when I download a file. A work collegue who has managing rights to the form also got a different total when she downloaded an excel file.
Please help.
@wizasiwale, what is the total number of submissions you see when downloading your data in XLS format and that you see under the DATA>Table View?
