Excel parser format not available when exporting data from server

Bonjour, mon serveur kobotoolbox ne me présente pas le format “analyseur excel”. Lorsque j’exporte les données.

Que puis je faire? Y’a t.il un plugin à installer ?

please what is the version that contains so excel analyze, if i can download there and finish the job.
