Export data failed

Hi @Kal_Lam ,

I am having trouble exporting a data from a deployed survey. The status ‘export failed’ showed and this error message appear when I hover through the status. See image below

I am using the researcher server with a username xxxxxxx. The project name is Hatcheries’ Questionnaire for the Evaluation of Dissemination Systems for Tilapia and Catfish Seed_V2

Do advise on how can the problem be solved.
