I can’t export my data and download it.
I tried XLS but the status still processing for a very long time and does not export the data. what should I do?

Welcome to the community, @asi! Could you also share a screenshot of the issue? Please also let us know the total number of submissions you have in your project. This should give us a clue about your issue.
@asi, as a workaround (until we make a fix), please try downloading your data in the XLS (legacy) format. It should work without any issues.
@Kal_Lam there are several project with this issues, this is one of project that i try to export the data
The range of submitted data in those project arround 10 -4962 submission
@asi, did the XLS (legacy) format work for you? Maybe you could use that format until we make a fix for the issue.
yes @Kal_Lam i can download it in xls (legacy) format.
But i can’t found some variable and sheet in this format export data
in xls format i got 3 sheet and in the first sheet the data start from coloumn A to PQ but in xls (legacy) format it becomes 2 sheet and the first sheet data start from coloumn A to NQ
