Export Failed Urgent

Hi Kobo,
We have been facing “Export Failed” since a few hours today. We use eu.kobotoolbox server. Any help?

XLS (legacy) format works.

@rahmat, check all your form versions to see if you have changed the question type from one type to another. Something doing so could also break the download process.

The form has several versions but we already downloaded data with the same versions.
