Hi there, I’ve selected CSV in my download settings for a form, but when I click ‘Export’ it keeps downloading (manually) as a CSV. Any idea why this might be?

@abaneke, in such a case, would you mind deleting this Latest unsaved settings as shown in the image below?
Doing so should solve your issue.
Hi Kal, thanks but I tried deleting latest unsaved settings and it’s still exporting as a CSV. And sorry, my earlier question was worded incorrectly - I selected XLS in my download settings, but when exporting it keeps downloading as CSV. Any more suggestions would be appreciated!

Ah, actually, I selected ‘none’ from that dropdown list and it worked. Thanks!
