Exporting data issue

Hello Friends,

I hope you are doing well.

I have a survey containing about 5300 submissions, When I need to download the data and export it, the status still processing and does not export the data to download it. what should I do?
In the attachment, you can find what I mean exactly.

You can see which server you are using by looking at the URL.

There are 2 public servers,

Humanitarian Server (OCHA): https://kobo.humanitarianresponse.info

Non-Humanitarian Server: https://kf.kobotoolbox.org
