Please, I an in a fix as I do not know how to export the value (labels) when exporting data into spss.

Thanks sir, for your response. The link is quite understood but do not involve variable levels (response options), which are required.
Do I have to manually do this, or is there an automatic way of getting this downloaded in spss?

This article explains the variable labels and value labels. If you need additional definitions then you need to do this off the system
