External csv (pulldata() function) support on Enketo webforms is missing in Kobo

Hi everyone

Is there any update on when Enketo will support pulldata() function in Kobo? The pre-loading function described here: http://xlsform.org/#pre-loading-csv-data is not working on Kobo.

Enketo has been supporting pull data() function on other servers such as Ona as indicated here. It seems KoBo just needs to implement some changes to it’s pyxform and not use the old pyxform version as explained here and here. Do you have any timeline on when this will be implemented on Kobo?

I don’t see any options in my form from my preloaded form as shown in the screenshot below:

The following are the tools used to test the issue
Web browser: Chrome

Hi,

Thank you for the answer but as I indicated, this is supported on Enketo (since 2016, you can read it here : https://blog.enketo.org/pull-data/). You can also open some of the hyperlinks in my post which provide the historic context on this issue.
Moreover, it’s explain here that external csv is supported on Enketo but that it has not been update by KOBO : https://github.com/enketo/enketo-transformer/issues/44#issuecomment-404631451

Enketo on KoBoToolbox should now support pull data. Have you tried it out? FYI,
