Facing issues to download the Media File

Dear Team,

Currently we are using the Kc-eu.kobotoolbox.org. For one study, we have 282 media files. Based on respondent criteria, we will show the files as per requirement. We have programmed the xls form accordingly. After attaching all the media files, we have deployed the form. Surprisingly, Kobocollect/Odk is not downloading the images/csv files. Only xls file is downloaded. We are running the study for last 2 years. However, did not face the issue at this severe level. Can you please us on the issue? If require, you can suggest to manually transfer all the files in the phone thus enumerator can start fieldwork.

The following steps may help:
1-Check the types of media files (if available).

2- Try reducing the image, video or audio file size before uploading them to the server.

3- Upload all media at once (do not use drag and drop).

4- Check the media count through postman api
