I tried to access the GAM through OCHA’s HPC Projects Module but this error message appeared:

Request to https://kc-eu.kobotoolbox.org/gencap/formList?formID=ao5xrgmP6YL3UD26poMeDF failed.

What can be the issue?

@Grant, could you kindly let us know on what you intend to do? Are you trying to access the project (form) for data collection, or are you trying to edit the questionnaire?
