Failed data export

I am experiencing failed data export (xls) . I have tried all other formats but still none worked for me. It is processing all day. How can I be supported?

Thank you. Also kindly crosscheck why it can not return submissions. It says no submissions to return and yet there are submissions. I have strong internet.
