I am new to kobotoolbox and kobocollect. While downloading form to kobocollect, it said failed to download. I am unable to find the reason behind it. So, I need help!
Can you please post a copy of the specific form you are trying to download?

Are you able to share the actual XLSForm file? (you can private message me if it cant be made public). Your form obviously loads into Enketo OK, but I’d need to see the form definition itself to begin to understand why perhaps KoboCollect doesn’t like it.
