Failed to download media files

I hope you all doing well.
I am trying to download media files from the following project:

But unfortunately I couldn’t manage to download. The issue is the same as described in the following link:

Could you please help me in downloading the images of the survey?

Have you gone through the attached support article (Downloading Photos and Other Media). It should guide you on downloading bulk photos via DownloadThemAll.
