Failed to download the list of forms

Good afternoon,

I have created a questionnaire, deployed it and wanted to test that it worked via the mobile application. However, when I enter this questionnaire on my mobile application (“Server”) and I then try to download a blank form to fill it in, I am told that “Failed to download the list of forms, contact the person in charge of data collection”.

I need to start my survey on Monday in the field and I need to have access, via the mobile app, to this questionnaire. Could you please help me to quickly solve this problem?

Welcome to the community, @jiramatoamasina! Seems like you are configuring the app in the wrong way. You should be able to configure it in the correct way by following this support article:
