Welcome to the community, @rameshsunam! Could you clear the cache of your browser? This should help you solve your issue.
@rameshsunam, I did not have any issue while opening the survey project at my end (on a Chrome browser):
Maybe you could advise the following to your respondents:
- Use a modern browser (like Chrome, Edge, Firefox etc.)
- Update the browser if it’s outdated.
