I got this error (Failed to fetch) message when I tried to preview the form,
even though I did validate my form and there is no error at all.

@Ahmad6694, could you share with the community the screenshot of your issue so that the community should be able to understand your issue pictorially?
@Ahmad6694, have you validated your xlsform through this online validator to see if there are any syntax issues in your xlsform?
Yes I did that, but now I discovered that when I removed the pull data() function the error disappeared
@Ahmad6694, did you redeploy your survey form after you uploaded the CSV file? Maybe you will also need to check the syntax of your pull-data function and need to observe the CSV file more closely to see if there are any issues.
