I am encountering an issue when trying to attach an external file to an XLSForm. When I attempt to load the form

Welcome to the community, @muhammed_ida! Have you validated your XLSForm through the online validator? The online validator should help you identity syntax issues if any present within the XLSForm that is affecting the loading of your project.

Thank you for your response. Just to clarify, the project I am working on is a clone of a previously functioning project that worked without any issues. Therefore, it seems that the problem is not with the XLSForm or its syntax, as the original version is working as expected. Could it be related to recent system updates or how XML-external elements are being handled?

@muhammed_ida, can confirm that we don’t have any system issues at the moment. Maybe check the media files (if the previous project did have them) to see if it’s there as you seem to have clone your project. If you see them, try to download them and check if they are OK.
