Failed to remove permissions

Hello,
i was trying repeatedly to remove submission permission without username and password. But repeatedly *failed to remove permission" drops from up.
How did you fix this issue?

And which server are you using?

Hello Hakan and Kal_Lam,
i solved the previous issue by using chrome browser.
But now, am to collect via Kobocollect app.
It can’t download the form.
Iset the android option and feed my user name, url and password to kobocollect.
Any help to import the form from kobotoolbox to kobocollect
Here i attached the screenshot from kobocollect response
