I am failing to get my blank forms from my kobo android app. I entered the url,password and username. But get message in the uploaded

Welcome to the community, @Wanangwa! So the first check i would request you to make is with the device’s date and time. Could you ensure that your devices date and time are correct?

OK, so now could you show me the configuration (General Settings>Server) of you KoBoCollect android app?

@Wanangwa, I see you have entered the wrong URL. Try replacing them with: https://kc.kobotoolbox.org

And that should solve your issue.
