Currently, Kobo Toolbox has row-level permission. But, I can’t transfer my submission collected by my account to other user account even in a form. So, I would like to request to add this feature to be able to transfer individual submission to each others in a form in the future.

Would you mind to explain more, please? What do you want to achieve with this transfer?
Could changing/enhancing the row-level permission not solve the issue?
Hint: It is possible to transfer/copy submissions to another account, see search function of this forum.
I do not mean all submission. just each submission.
For instance, I want to share one submission (child code 001) to other account user (user1).
Currently, it is possible only for all submissions.
I trust you know about row level permission - sharing only submissions from one specific user. But not restricting to a single submission of them…
