Fetching Names from repeated group for another repeated group

Hi all,
I want to fetch details from block3(household roster) to block9(hospitalisation details) for example, if member1 says that he was hospitalised 2 times, then block 9 should open twice for him(with his name and person ID appearing in block9 questions) and if member2 says once, block 9 should open once for him (with his name and person ID appearing in block 9 questions).
I am attaching what I did.

@Kal_Lam , I tried this. What is happening is that if member1 says that he was hospitalised twice and member2 says that he was hospitalised thrice, then the name of member1 should appear when the subsequent repeated group opens a second time, and when it opens a third time, the name of member 3 should appear. Currently, memebr2’s name comes up when the repeated group opens a second time.
