I’m wondering if any of you developed features about take a picture for the beneficiary ID and write the personal information such as (first name, last name, ID number) automatically in the form.
Usually we have human mistakes in the data entry and we need to solve this issue.

Do you know or have any of these apps and tool that I can use it in this matter.
This would be a really valuable feature for field data collection, especially in large surveys where manual entry errors are common. OCR-based ID scanning with automatic form population could save a lot of time and improve data accuracy. It would also be useful if KoboToolbox allowed validation checks after extraction to catch incorrect reads before submission.
