Final validation based on the sum of the numeric answers

Hi Dears,

Would anyone advise me on how to set a final validation criteria.
If I need the form the calculate the sum of the numeric answers , then to validate the submission if it equals 7 , otherwise to ask for re-checking the answers to ensure that it equals 7.

For example, if I have two questions about the number of spent working hours, and I need sum of the answers to be 7 hours.
