Flagging duplicate records dynamically

Hello all,
I designed a form to capture the staff’s daily time sheet. I have a variable called “Activity Date” which is supposed to be entered by staff once for each activity. The problem is that now I have so many duplicate dates in my database and cleaning is so cumbersome.

How possible is it for Kobo toolbox to look up within existing submitted records to flag any possible duplicate values during current entries?
