Form access specific user for specific project via web link (enketo)

Dear all,
Is there a way that we can assigned specific form with specific users which access via weblink (enketo)?
eg. I have one project form share to users (A,B,C) full data and user D cannot see data which can be done (Sharing with specific users) unfortunately for PC/iPhone user will use web link (enketo) which user D can see all data as user(A,B,C).
