Form Can't find CSV File

Hello,
I’m trying to use select_one_from_file feature to pull data from a csv file but when i deploy i have this error :

Need your support to resolve this issue

Find attached my xlsform and my csv data file

@akeamazan, could you change the variable name from data-a-equipe to data_a_equipe from your CSV file? That should solve your issue. Follow this for all other variables from the CSV file.
