Form deployed but could not open

I am having issues with a for. It’s deployed successfully but when tried to data entry the message appear contact with Kobocollect.

Did you check this form with the Online valudator, please? (Always recommended during development and before deployment.)

@asadmisgis, there also seems to be a CSV file in your project with the name learnersdata.csv. Would you mind checking it under your projects Settings>Media to see if it’s there?

Yes, the lernersdata.csv file is in the media folder.
