As part of a scientific follow-up, we use a form created on KoboToolbox and which has been working without problems for several weeks.
Recently, by wanting to download a form update, it is no longer possible to have the latest version on KoboCollect and therefore to continue to collect data.
Here are 3 pictures of the error we have. Before we had no message about obtaining multimedia files…
Everything works by creating a copy of the form, but our data is no longer appended to the original form.

Yes, of course, we redeployed the project.
We also deleted the last modifications to the form hoping that one of the modifications had created the problem, but it still does not work.

I was able to solve the problem by removing the dynamic data parameters.
I haven’t completely solved the mystery, but now we can download our form updates from KoboCollect.
